What counts as a visit
A visit counts the first time any of these happens on a Jobber visit:
- A chemical reading is logged — manual or AI-scanned
- A test strip is scanned with AI Vision
- A service report is sent to the customer
- An LSI calculation is stored
- A compliance export includes the visit
One Jobber visit is one billable visit — ever. Ten readings and a report on the same stop still count as one.

What counts as a visit?
A visit is a Jobber visit that Dose did billable work on. Log a reading, scan a strip, send a report, store an LSI calculation, or include the visit in a compliance export — any of those makes the visit count.
If a tech logs three readings and sends a report on one stop, is that four visits?
No — one. A Jobber visit only ever counts once, no matter how many readings, scans, or reports happen on it, even across month boundaries. You’re billed per pool stop, not per action.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited techs and admins. Visits are the only meter, so adding people to your team never changes your bill.
What happens when the Free plan hits 50 visits?
The 51st visit is blocked until the next month or an upgrade — nothing is silently billed. Pro and Crew keep going past their included visits at $0.09 each.
When does the visit counter reset?
On the 1st of each calendar month, in your company’s local timezone.
